Do I need to sign for my delivery?
It will depend on the shipping service you selected at checkout:
Express Shipping
A signature is required upon delivery as orders are sent with No Authority to Leave for added security.
Standard Shipping
Orders are sent with Authority to Leave, which means they may be left in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is home.
*Only all Australian orders are sent with Authority to Leave, meaning no signature is required on delivery and may be left in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is home.
How long do I have to return my item(s)?
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return it within 30 days and choose between a credit note or refund, in line with our returns policy and conditions.
